RECEIPT OF ORDER:
Please inspect your order on receipt of merchandise. If there is a discrepancy please call within 48 hours. There will be no claim after this time. Double check your order carefully because sometimes we package small items inside of larger items.
SHIPPING IN CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES:
We ship most of our orders via FEDEX. We also offer PARCELPOST service if requested. We do not have a minimum ordering requirement or a minimum credit card charge. If requested we can ship your merchandise FEDEX EXPRESS if ordered by 12:00 noon central standard time. These orders must be prepaid by credit card and are charged a $5.00 rush fee. We can not ship any aerosol cans by any air service. Saturday service is also available for an extra $15.00 charge. COD orders are accepted only when ordering by telephone and only items that are shipped by FEDEX ground. We charge a $10.00 COD fee per box. The charge is subject to change at any time. We charge $10.00 per box on oversized items going FEDEX ground. These are items, which are too big, but weigh less than 30 pounds.
TRUCK FREIGHT SHIPMENTS:
Packages with a combined girth (distance around the box) and length of 130” will have to be shipped truck freight. Orders leaving our store by truck freight must be prepaid before they are shipped. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover Card and American Express or money orders for payment. Due to special handling requirements we charge $45.00 per wooden crate or $25.00 per large corrugated box. Freight charges are based on actual freight quotes plus a 6% processing fee. No COD orders shipped truck lines. You are responsible for all freight charges even on refused or damaged shipments. There is a $50.00 charge on residential shipments. If possible have your parts shipped to a business.
CANADA AND MEXICO:
These orders can be shipped by FEDEX air or PARCEL POST air. All orders must be prepaid with a credit card. We ship oversized orders on BAX GLOBAL. Freight charges are based on the actual weight or size requirements plus a processing fee of 6% of the merchandise total. All orders are charged a $10.00 handling fee.
HAWAII, ALASKA AND PUERTO RICO:
These orders are shipped FEDEX air or PARCEL POST air. All orders must be prepaid with a credit card. There is a $5.00 service charge on these orders. Freight charges are based on the actual weight or size requirements by FEDEX or PARCEL POST, plus a processing fee of 6% of the merchandise total.
APO/FPO OR VIRGIN ISLANDS:
All of these packages will be shipped PARCEL POST, We ship oversized boxed by BAX GLOBAL, We must have a physical address to ship by BAX GLOBAL (not a Military address). All orders are charged a $5.00 handling fee. Freight charges are based on the actual weight requirements by the post office or freight company, plus a processing fee of 6% of the merchandise total.
FOREIGH ORDERS:
All foreign orders must be prepaid with a credit card or transfer of funds. Payment by transfer of funds must be in U.S. DOLLARS on U.S. banks. Due to special handling on transfer of funds there is a $10.00 charge. We ship foreign orders by FEDEX or PARCEL POST, all oversized orders are shipped by BAX GLOBAL. Freight charges are based on actual weight or size requirements by the shipping company, plus a processing fee of 6% of the merchandise total. All orders are charged a $10.00 handling fee. We ship most PARCEL POST packages by GLOBAL EXPRESS MAIL or AIR PARCEL POST. We do not pay foreign duties or taxes. This is the responsibility of the buyer.

FAX ORDERING:

DAMAGED ITEMS:
All merchandise leaving our store is in good condition. If you receive a damaged package report the “DAMAGE” to the carrier immediately, preferably before he leaves your residence. Do not return the items to us. You must file a damage claim with the carrier. It is there responsibility to get your items to you with no damage. On FEDEX damage items please keep the items in the original package for their inspection. You need to tell the driver or call FEDEX in your area to tell them about the loss or damage. We will file a damage claim with FEDEX. If damaged items are received from a PARCEL POST shipment return the entire package to the post office. Your local POSTMASTER will take care of the claim. We will ship your order to you at no charge after the claim has been filed with FEDEX. If the above procedure is not followed as stated the loss will be your expense for parts and shipping. We can not ship truck freight damaged items to you at no charge until the claim has been paid by the truck freight company. If you receive a damaged truck freight part you must call the freight company for them to pick it up or keep it until the claim has been settled.
MERCHANDISE RETURNS:
Call the store and talk to a salesman to receive your return authorization. All returns must be accompanied with a letter of explanation giving DATE merchandise was ordered, NAME merchandise was ordered under and the reason for the return. Also include a copy of your original invoice. RETURNED ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED PREPAID TO US. COD’S WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. If you are not satisfied with a particular part, you can return it for a credit or a refund. If items returned are not accompanied with the invoice, it may be subject to a restocking fee. There will be no refunds or exchanges on books, electrical parts, stripe kits, special ordered items or wiring harnesses. We guarantee our used parts to be useable. If you receive a used part that does not work, please return to us and we will replace it. We will not refund any shipping charged on returned items.
OVERSIZED ITEMS:
Packages with a combined girth (distance around the box) and length of over 130”, but weights less than 30 pounds are shipped at an oversized rate of $10.00 per box, This charge is for FEDEX ground shipments only. There is a large box charge of $25.00 for a corrugated box or $45.00 for wooden crate on oversized items shipped by truck freight.
PRICING AND AVAILABILITY:
The pricing of each item contained in this catalog was in effect at the time of printing. The pricing in this catalog superseded all pricing of prior catalogs. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CHANGE THE PRICE WITHOUT NOTICE. Availability of any item listed in this catalog is subject to change without notice. SPECIAL SERVICES:
We offer FEDEX EXPRESS for fast delivery service. These charges are figured by the dimension weight (length x height) of the package when it exceeds the actual weight of the package. We charge the actual or dimension weight charge plus 6% of the merchandise total and a $5.00 service fee.
BACK ORDERS:
All back orders totaling less than $150.00 are charged shipping at a rate of 10%, Back orders over $150.00 refer to FEDEX ground delivery chart below. We will keep an unpaid item on back order for you for 2 months. We will then notify you that it is no longer on back order and you will need to reorder it at a later time.
